While the company has seen great success with Monster Hunter 4, its game business has been flat for some time -- in particular, Capcom's mobile games aren't doing as well as expected.
As a result, Capcom management released a pair of open letters today that spell out a new five-year plan for the company, including taking on hundreds of developers over the next several years.
