Newsbrief: Amazon has today launched the Appstore Developer Select Programme in the UK, meaning that Android games launched on the Amazon Appstore in the UK can now take advantage of the scheme.
Originally launched last year in the U.S., this program offers developers a range of incentives if they add their games to it, including premium placement on the Amazon Appstore, 500,000 ad impressions on the Amazon Mobile Ad Network, and free Amazon Coins for their players.
To qualify for the program, you need to optimize your games for the Amazon Appstore and Fire OS, including Amazon APIs like GameCircle, In-App Purchasing, and Mobile Ads. More details are on
