In another post on how to design a landing page, my partner Marios has talked about the anatomy of a great landing page. The bad news is, there is no single recipe to create the perfect landing page. The good news is, you can be creative. Many different approaches lead to higher traffic and great conversion rates! As usual, the key to success is iteration.

Even though no exact recipe exists, there are certain best practices that you can follow to increase your chances of converting more of your visitors, like having a prominent call-to-action. Reading about best practices and actually seeing some really good examples are two different pair of shoes, though.

To get you inspired, here is a list of some game landing pages we think are really great. You will see though, that while some fit our definition of a good landing page design very well, others don’t quite! There are “only” best practices to follow – not a single magic formula to success.

Enough of the talking, enjoy these amazing game landing pages, get inspired, and start working on your own page!

This list is by no means complete, there are many more really amazing game landing pages out there! If we forgot to list an amazing game landing page, please drop us a line or post a link in the comments.

But what makes these landing pages so great? One thing all of these pages have in common, is simplicity and a clear call to action. KeepItSimpleStupid and focus on converting your visitors! Creating a great landing page takes time. So remember to keep iterating to improve your conversion metrics (it goes without saying that you should measure all actions on your landing page).

BTW: Even if we did not mention it specifically, these games are also pretty awesome to play, if already published :)
